Well, I just feel awful about how I performed in the first examination. I think that someone stealthily fired a Petrificus Totalis jinx at me, and kept me from participating, because there's just no other explanation for why Hermione Granger should ever miss any kind of examination ever. I've never been so humiliated in my life!
Luckily, though, I was able to socialize a little bit before the challenge and give my house assignment out to a few people, so that should have raised my standing just enough to keep me from eviction right away. I'll definitely work at upping my socialization a bit more, though.
