Week 3

OK, so I'm back and ready to be back into the game! Doesn't seem like I missed a whole lot since my weekend vacation. Hermione continued her winning streak this week, and won the PoV. Since she was HOH, she didn't use it and kept her nominations the same. In the end, Zach was eliminated by Professor McGonagall herself for extreme inactivity -- good riddance to him.
And now it's on to week three! This week Jeff won HOH; sent Sirius to Forbidden Forest and Jordan to the Room of Requirement. He nominated Anick and Paola for expulsion. It sucks because both are Gryffindor's and I don't want to lose any fellow House Members yet so our chances at the House Cup are always good. But if it comes down to it; I might not have a choice! I was chosen to participate in the Power of Veto (randomly). Which was kinda of cool. I think I didn't do to bad in the competition; however it mostly depends on luck and posting when people weren't online (that were also playing in the Veto); so they couldn't immediately interrupt my gathering of eggs. We'll see how it all turns out shortly! If I win, awesome ... if not I'm not totally worried or concerned about it!

Well, I came in second place in the POV, which I'm happy about. Would I like to have won? Maybe, but I know making a decision to save someone would have been hard, especially since the two nominees are Gryffindor's. And I don't want to make Jeff mad at me; so I guess it's kind of good that I didn't win. But coming is second is good; but it might also put a target on me that I'm dedicated and hard working to win at competitions; therefore people might see me as a small threat in the long run. We'll see.
POWER OF VETO RESULTS Jeff - 297 eggs Harry - 148 eggs Paola - 107 eggs Cedric - 61 eggs Anick - 45 eggs Fleur - 6 eggs
